For websites: Rather than one up-front fee which let’s be real, can be a real roadblock when you’re just starting out but want something amazing for customers to see, we decided to spread the cost of the site + maintenance over an initial deposit + 12 month contract.

After the 12 months, you can continue on an on-going maintenance plan or we can part ways. Just be aware that when we part, our Divi licence comes with us – but we can guide you to where to purchase one yourself. Our hosting partner will then invoice you directly. If you find it too overwhelming out there on your own, you can always hit us back up – we don’t hold grudges so would love to have you back in the mix!

Branding projects are not included in 12 month payment plans however we do offer payment plans for these, too – just ask us about it in our call!

It all depends on the scope of the project as they are each different. Most projects take between 2-8 weeks.

Oh boy, we thought you’d never ask. We offer copywriting services ranging from “can you just look over what I’ve got and edit it, please” to “I need all the words”. Copy is one of the MOST important things to a site, especially for guests to really feel and envision themselves at your accomodation enough to book!

The other important piece (beside a killer website, cause check!) is imagery. You know how you get your car serviced? A website is much like that – they aren’t exactly set and forget.

The monthly maintenance ensures your site stays backed up, secure and up to date with themes, plugins and WordPress. It also includes your Hosting Fee + Divi Licence. You also get 2hr/month for any ad hoc requirements, for example if you want a few pictures changed or some text added or maybe you have some blogs you want posted.

You will need to purchase your domain (but don’t worry, we have recommendations for this) and then included in our monthly maintenance package we offer hosting. If you have your own hosting already, that’s fine, too, but we prefer to use our hosting partner with our maintenance packages so we’d love to discuss migrating to ours for best performance and security.

Your final package and pricing will be determined based on your deliverables, goals and timeline, which is why we put together a custom proposal with options for you after our discovery chat.

Typically, our clients will spend anywhere from $3k onwards.
